Great service, friendly people, off-the-beaten-path touring by bike! Took the all-day Central Valley tour out of Oaxaca, which included 20 miles/30 km of flat gravel riding to Thule Tree, villages, and agricultural areas, a guided tour at the Mitla archeological site, plus a fun 4x4 drive up a mountain pass to Hierve de Agua where we swam, ate an excellent meal, and learned how agave is made in the traditional way. Twelve packed hours! Our guide, owner Humberto, and our driver went above and beyond to make sure we had a great and comfortable tour. Highly recommended. The valley is gorgeous and it was great to get out of the city for a day. The bike route is good for experienced riders—not that a high fitness level is required but the roads are rough and mostly not paved. We loved spending the day exploring with Bike Flow! Great people. Great service. I might have been hard on the bikes but the casettes struggled on two of my bikes. They were gracious in switching out the first bank and even referred me to a mechanic they would pay for all fixes. Go Bike Flow Oaxaca!

I highly recommend this place for a bike rental in Oaxaca City! Humberto is the guy you want to work with!! He was so helpful and informative, and made our traveling so much easier. He truly is such a great guy, and helped us out immensely even when he didn’t need to!! Also, the bikes were perfect for all the navigating we did around the city. We used their bikes to go everywhere! Tree of Tulé and alllll over Oaxaca City. The bikes were great quality and condition and I never felt unsafe or unstable on them even on all the different types of roads, whether cobble stone, black top, concrete, or dirt. Highly recommend!  Humberto is a super sweet guy who set us up with two days of great riding in Oaxaca: one day we wanted to go solo and he shared his gpx file of a wonderful out and back 50 mile “off the beaten track” trip through the valley. Day two he took us on a fully guided tour up in the beautiful mountains above the City. Great way to get to know Oaxaca: its beauty, culture and kind people.

I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about Bike Flow. Humberto and his team are professional, attentive and will meet sure you have a good time whatever your bicycle needs are. I rode the Ixtepeji trail system. Most were intermediate with a bit of advanced bits. I will come back to bike flow for all my mountain bike needs in oaxaca. Worth it!

I did two tours with Humberto and Clemente and both tours were excellent. The bikes are good quality and well maintained, and the tours are thoughtful and organized. Love these guys! We did 2 tours with them, one to the Hula tree and one long bike ride where we drove up to the mountains and then rode down through beautiful sceneries, villages, and has a beautiful lunch and mezcal experience. Friendly, good with English, great equipment, and well designed tours!
